Change of Draft Times during the Weekend

The Rules Committee approved of the proposal to make Friday, Saturday, & Sunday draft clock now 4 hours to pick, and sleep time becomes 12am-9am EST. Timing out twice now counts as one strike towards the going on auto the entire time. Starting Friday, July 31, time clock will adjust to being 4 hours per pick, and sleep time will be from 12-9 am EST, instead of 12-6 am EST.
